Profile required:

• Deep understanding of telecommunications tower industry processes such as but not limited to those identified in the scope above to ensure that the workflows are industry-specific and effective.
• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements for process automation within telecommunications environments, enabling precise implementation by the development team.
• Ability to map and design business workflows using BPMN 2.0, ensuring business needs are effectivelytranslated into functional processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling efficient collaboration between technical teams and business users.
• Knowledge of relational database design and SQL for understanding how business processes interact with underlying data systems.

1. Familiarity with JavaScript-based applications, allowing the BA to work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are technically feasible.
2. Experience using Git version control for managing and versioning documentation and processes.
3. Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs to facilitate the integration of various systems into the Affectli platform.
4. Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose actionable improvements.
5. Proven track record of managing large-scale business process transformation projects from inception to deployment
